I live in Oregon. I think the main reason it does not pass is because the fuel injectors leak. I have not removed anything from the car.

For the sake of others that may be curious, since I don't need any more RX7's, what is it that keeps it from passing smog. Is it bad numbers on the sniff test or missing equipment? You might also want to mention what part of the country you live in, assuming this is in America.
