if you look at the actuator there will be a arm sticking out of the top with a hinged peice on it. push down on the rod. an the poor running can be alot of things. does it only run like crap when its cold. when you say 15 min do you mean 15 minutes on the starter or 15 minutes fighting the throttle to keep it idleing.
