Need advice with a 91 n/a!!!!!! Literally days from becoming a turbocharged n/a

Well i have finally fabricated exhaust manifold for the turbo ill be putting in my 91 n/a...The thing is that Im going to run about 3-4lbs of boost and wondering how much HP that will give me. Also Ive set up a Starion FMIC that I picked up at the junk yard last week so the boost temp should not be to much of a problem for the engine.Also one quick question is will i have to run some type of oil lines to the turbo or any other things that i have to run to it???

P.S. its a small turbo for every day driving and occasional drag racing, only light to light though
