During this summer im planning on making a custom exhaust manifold with my local muffler shop to fit the turbo. But im stuck on some things like how big of a turbo should i use i know i have to get a small one so not to put out to much boost. Also whats the highest and safest possible boost level i can achieve without an intecooler. Ive heard around from people at the store it was like 3-4psi and if so how much HP is gained from that??? Im only going to use the car for daily driving and an occasional drag with the local ricers,so i dont need too much hp gains. Also am i gonna have to upgrade the fuel injectors if im running such a low boost?? Anyways sorry for the long post but i need every bit of feedback that i can get for this summer project of mine.
