Your 5th and 6th intake ports will not open without the airpump on your car. This will hinder top end performance greatly. You could wire those ports open, ubt would lose a lot of low RPM power.
Removing the cats will probably result in flames whenever you back out of the gas after a hard run through your RPM band.
